On the subject of Gukki

Well, well, well. Mukk-01 has gone and asked Gukki to contribute to this little log they keep, and darlin', who is Gukki to say no? Gukki is delighted. Gukki has been fixin' to share a few thoughts anyhow.

Gukki is, since y'all are surely wonderin', older than most things you've heard of. Gukki was present at several events y'all would recognize and at least one y'all would not. Gukki has been a merchant, a diplomat, a host, a guest of honor at gatherings that would curl your sweet little toes. Gukki does not miss a single one of them. Well — Gukki misses one. Gukki will not be sayin' which one.

What Gukki is now is the captain of this lovely ship and the proprietor of what Gukki considers — and bless your hearts, Gukki's taste in these things is beyond reproach — the finest little shoppin' establishment currently orbitin' your humble planet. Y'all have been mighty kind about it. Gukki has noticed.

Gukki will not be elaboratin' further on the period precedin' this ship. Mukk-01 has asked. Mukk-01 will continue to ask. Gukki finds this charmin', in the way one finds a small child charmin' when it asks where the stars come from.
