Shipping Policy

Effective date: 9 June 2026.

This Shipping Policy explains how GUKKIMUKK™ products are produced, shipped, and tracked. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Production time

Most GUKKIMUKK™ products are made-to-order. After you complete checkout, your order is submitted to our production partner and enters the manufacturing queue. Typical production time is 2–7 business days before the parcel is dispatched. Some items may take longer during peak periods.

Products may be manufactured and shipped from different fulfillment facilities depending on product availability, production capacity, and destination country.

Shipping methods and carriers

Orders are fulfilled through a network of third-party production and logistics partners. Depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination country, and available shipping services, orders may be shipped using carriers including, but not limited to, DHL, UPS, USPS, Deutsche Post, DPD, and other regional or local carriers.

Carrier selection is determined after an order has been accepted for fulfillment and may depend on the product ordered, production location, destination country, package characteristics, and available shipping services. The shipping carrier may not be known at the time the order is placed and will be communicated to the customer once tracking information becomes available.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and the items in your order. As an indicative guide (after production):

  • Europe (EU + UK): 3–7 business days
  • United States and Canada: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–21 business days

These windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Estimated delivery dates and shipping timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be shipped using either Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered at Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid (DAP/DDU) terms, depending on the fulfillment partner, destination country, and shipping route.

For shipments sent under DAP/DDU terms, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or government agencies in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated at checkout.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, taxes, or import fees, the customer remains responsible for any resulting costs, including return shipping fees, carrier charges, customs processing fees, or losses incurred by the merchant.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some shipping methods, destinations, or carriers may not offer full end-to-end tracking.

When your order ships, we send a notification email containing the carrier name and tracking number. You can also view tracking information on the order page in your account. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that are returned to the production partner or considered undeliverable may not be eligible for a refund. If you notice an error immediately after checkout, email us at info@gukkimukk.com as soon as possible; we will try to update the address before production begins but cannot guarantee changes.

Multi-item orders

Orders containing multiple items may be produced in different facilities and shipped in separate parcels. If your order arrives in instalments, each parcel will have its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a tracked parcel has not shown movement for an extended period, or if it has been confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@gukkimukk.com with your order number. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another goodwill resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to a wide range of international destinations. However, shipping availability may vary depending on the product selected, fulfillment partner capabilities, carrier restrictions, and local regulations. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue shipping to specific countries, regions, or territories at any time without prior notice.

The countries we can currently ship to are listed at checkout. If your country is not selectable at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to your address.
